Consulate Closure for the Prophet's Birthday
The U.S. Consulate General will be closed to the public on Thursday, March 20 in observance of The Prophet’s Birthday. The Consulate will reopen for regular business on Sunday, March 23.
The Consulate General is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week to respond to American citizens with life-threatening emergencies. The Consulate General Duty Officer can be reached through the U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi by calling 04-414-2200. Please note that after hours this number is for serious American citizen emergencies only. The Consulate General will respond to all other calls during regular business hours.
