U.S. Consulate General Supports the Launch of MSU’s Dubai Campus
 November 12, 2008 – Michigan State University (MSU) President Lou Anna K. Simon and members of the MSU Board of Trustees celebrated the inauguration of MSU’s Dubai campus at a reception hosted at the residence of U.S. Consul General Paul Sutphin.

HH Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi Welcomes U.S. Congressional Delegation to RAK
 November 12, 2008 – His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi welcomed a U.S. Congressional delegation led by Representative Ruben Hinojosa (D-TX) to Ras Al Khaimah, as part of the delegation’s two day visit to the United Arab Emirates; Ambassador Richard Olson and Consul General Paul Sutphin accompanied the delegation.
